Extremely Disappointed with Import Service!!!! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this shipping line's import service was bad enough to warrant one. From start to finish, it was a mess. The delays were ridiculous — what should’ve taken a few days turned into weeks with no clear explanation. Every time I tried to get updates, I was either ignored or given vague, inconsistent answers. To make matters worse, I was hit with surprise charges that were never mentioned upfront. It felt like I was constantly chasing them down for basic information — no transparency, no accountability, and definitely no customer service to speak of. If you're thinking of using them for imports, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. It’s just not worth the headache.

Worst experience !! They are least bothered about customers ,they are just to make money !!Deepa and MrSiraj the managers who’s not even ready to accept the industry practice.They need the customer to suffer .Better google should give option for zero start ratings !!

VERRY RUDE STAFF, U CANNOT REACH ANYBODY FROM MANAGERS. FOR DELIVERY ORDER COLLECTION I WANTED TO TRANSFER MONEY THEY ARE NOT ISSUING INVOICE !! THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED ON 23 OF JUNE, THEY SEND ME THE ARRIVAL NOTICE ON 27 !! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND NOT RECOMENDED I'LL ASK MY SUPPLIER TO STOP USING THIS AGENT
