National Taxi

When I tried to pay, the machine showed an error, but the amount was still deducted from my account. The driver said the payment didn’t go b b through and asked me to pay again. Later, I found that the amount was actually deducted twice. This is the second time this has happened to me. I request the company to review this issue and take necessary steps to avoid such problems in the future.

Very useless management they waste our time and deduct 500% money for a little dot even a colour damaged they deduct my 630 dirham it's mean my 7 days earnings for only 2 dots they are treated us like a butcher plz take an attention plz 🙏 🙏🙏 it's very harmful moment for a worker

Today I booked a taxi through the application Careem and I had one of the best driving taxi experience since my more than 8 years in UAE. The driver was in advance, waiting for me without stressing me (as sometimes some taxi drivers are calling and harassing when they reached early). He was really polite, taking care of my medical conditions during driving me to the hospital and it was pleasant to be able to talk with him. Now people are passing their time to complain and write reviews only for negative or what they felt as negative. However, it is important to said when good and positive experience happens.
