The staff are friendly and professional, and I've noticed significant improvements in my body pain since starting treatment. The center is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is calming and welcoming. I've always felt valued and cared for during my visits. Highly recommended!

I visited Natural Healing Acupuncture Medical Center on Al Wasl Road for Hijama and dry needling, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The treatment not only helped with my knee and shoulder pain but also improved my digestion. The doctors are incredibly empathetic and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my needs and explain everything clearly. The general staff are equally impressive—well-trained, friendly, and always professional. My husband also visited the center for a lymphatic drainage massage to relieve his sciatica, and he found it very helpful for the pain management. I highly recommend Natural Healing for anyone seeking effective and holistic treatments.

I have really good experience with the services of Natural Healing. The doctors and therapists are very professional and the staff are really approachable and attentive to all my requests. A great thanks also to Cesar for being so professional in handling my claims requests and for the quick responses. Everything is just great!

Unfortunately, So BAD experience. "NO" ATTITUDE in the reception.. I did an urgent Medical Therapy session booking for my Mom plus a Tuina Massage session for me. They called when I was on the way confirming that I am 15 minutes late for traffic.. When I reached the reception after 1:30hrs driving from my home and after 9 minutes from the 2 calls confirmation while i was almost there.. The reception has 5 Therapists said they won't perform the 1hr two sessions for us as I am late and all the 5 Therapists are not available.. I offered to cancel my session and do the 1hr session of my Mom only as she is 70 years old has a medical case and she hardly bore the distance 1:30hrs.. Again they said "NO".. I never experienced that kind of non-sense and non-empathy attitude anywhere!!!. We went there to feel better health wise and relax, we back home with more pain and stress becuase of this centre.. Not Recommended 👎🏻

I registered with them a week ago and everything went smooth. Dr Wan is very empathetic and experienced who understand the problem well. Special thanks to Cesar for ensuring insurance process is handled effortlessly. He is very helpful. All staff is professional and friendly. Will update the review again after the treatment results.
