There's never a schedule that's on time... every experience is a bad one, Wouldn't recommend using them if you're an organized business. Vessel delayed thrice, and we end up paying storage/plug in charges. Nightmare experience, and they do not want to talk or take ownership. Would never use them again.

Worst service. We have taken the booking from Navio and gated the containers on time. Vessel sailing should be 27 April 2024. Due to their failure in operations, vessel sailed on 10th May and they simply charged for port storage and vessel transfer. And the Navio sales was not dealing the situation in proper way and not willing for a negotiation. POOR SERVICE. Coordination/Operation is Failure. Really disappointed.

I am sharing this Review special for one person name Sanjina ( Sanjna) . She is very Helpful if you want to get booking ask for her number and get through her. Go with her or dont do it with anyone else they wont reply you or bother about the services. May Allah bless her
