I highly recommend Andy Naylor and his coach Shana from Naylor Body Design. Shana created a tailored health program for me which includes a nutritional plan, fitness components and active daily communication. I just signed up with Andy and his team of experts just a month ago and I can say there is definitely a difference between his approach and the coaches I have used in the past. Andy set me up with Coach Harry, who by following Andy's guidance, in just the first month I am seeing gains in my lifting capacity like I haven't seen before. Harry has been amazing, even though he is across the Pond, his communication on what he expects along with the follow-up has been nothing but a positive experience. Weekly check-ins are right on cue and a personalized feedback on videos I submit of my exercises are right to the point, precise and there is no question as to what should and shouldn't be done. My program is without the diet plan due to my job, but the macros he set for me has given me proper guidance to move towards my end goal along with the energy I need to perform my workout routines without that crash halfway through. Definitely looking forward to reaching my first goal which is just stepping stone to the end goal in a year or so and with Andy and his team I foresee that end result will happen in a healthy and safe way.
