Worst salon experience ever! 💅🏼❌ 🚩 🆘 🆘 🆘 🆘 Very bad experience at N Boutique. I had my nails and pedicure done, and within just 12 hours, the polish started peeling and the fake nails completely fell off (photos and receipt attached). I contacted them right away, but instead of helping, they treated me with disrespect and even threatened to report me, saying my review was “fake” — just because I shared my honest experience. I asked for a refund because I no longer trust them to fix it — if it wasn’t done properly the first time, how can I believe it will be better the second time? This was their mistake, yet they refused to refund me. I’m posting this review to warn others. I believe customers deserve better service and respect

They are my go to nail girls 💅🦋🩷 Very professional, polite, and amazing at their job. I also like the fact that they are always on time and do an amazing job with the nail. Their service is 10/0 and all their nail tools are clean and great. I would recommend everyone to do their nails from them 💅🩷

I booked a root touch-up and had a very disappointing experience. The first time, the stylist never showed up, after I waited 30 minutes with no notice or update I finally reached out, I was told she could come in two hours, which didn’t work as I had a meeting. It was a complete waste of my time. I gave them a second chance and rebooked the following week. This time, the stylist arrived late. While she was kind, the quality of the service was unacceptable, several areas of my roots were completely missed, leaving uneven, patchy color. When I reached out to express my concerns and requested a refund, I was told they don’t issue refunds, regardless of the poor quality and lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this service. Save your time and money and go to a reputable salon.

I can’t recommend Marybell enough! She is truly the best at lash extensions , not only is her work flawless, but she also takes the time to make sure every set is perfectly tailored to my eye shape and style. The lashes feel so light and comfortable, yet they look full, fluttery, and incredibly natural. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the retention is amazing!
