Nepal Airlines Dubai

Worst airline in the world, please choose fly dubai or emirates or any other airline but never use this disgusting airline. We are living in the airport for more than 28 hours due to the cancellation of their flight, they are not responding or any update. We haven’t slept for 28 hours and still they are not giving us any update. They are just lier and worst service. They don’t have any office inside the airport where you can talk with them. Please never use this airline in the future.

One of the bad airlines in entire world.cheap and low quality. Since 10 days i didn't receive my luggage from dxb terminal 2.No one is resolving and trying to help.one of the bulshit airlines.

WORST experience!! The Dubai Based Nepal airline management are liars and so incompetent. Please know how to communicate to the passengers regarding delays/cancellation and next available options. This is a doorway to the country and with your services you guys are making it one to NOT ever come again. The Management knew the plane was grounded for maintenance since past 2 days and you guys were still accepting new Bookings knowing the flight won’t take off from Dubai. why?? I met many Nepalese stuck in Dubai hotel for past 2 days, because you kept saying it’s gonna fly in next few hours; like why can’t you just cancel the flight until the maintenance is completed. when asked you guys have no other responses other than saying “You will update”. There is NO office or officials to be found in the entire Dubai Airport, literally NO update on the Google or any other website about the status of the flight. Like what are you operating? A BUS!!! You guys are not qualified to represent the country’s pride. PLEASE choose other professions where you don’t ever have to deal with humans.

Best airlines since I traveled before 2 yrs.

Pathetic customer service.. refund process took almost a month but still not yet refunded my cancelled flight. I was not expecting this kind of service from RNAC. They don’t even deserve 1 star
