Our experience with the NeuroSolution Dubai team has been incredible. We're truly enjoying this journey together to support our six‑year‑old autistic son. We completed our first intensive therapy week in March and will return in November for a second intensive therapy week. From the start, Dr Kyle and the team have impressed us with their expertise, compassion, and genuine commitment to our son’s development. After exploring many therapies, this intensive week at NeuroSolution was the first to deliver a truly holistic approach—and we saw remarkable results. Since the intensive, our son has made significant strides: His understanding has deepened, and he is noticeably calmer. His skin has improved. He can focus on schoolwork for up to an hour without breaks. He is now able to sit on a regular swing. His diet has broadened—he’s eating so many more foods. …and many more visible gains. While he still has no speech, Dr Kyle has reassured us that this is part of a longer journey. Right now, the focus is on building his right‑brain function, then the left—progress that could eventually lead to speech development. NeuroSolution is the first provider to help us understand why our son faces these challenges. They've been honest that it’s a gradual process, yet have instilled in us confidence and hope. We truly believe they’ll help our son reach his full potential.

From the very beginning—even while we were still overseas and filled with doubt—Sheila and Farasha at the front desk were nothing short of exceptional. Their calm, clear, and compassionate communication gave us the confidence to make the difficult decision to travel for treatment. They answered all our questions with patience, professionalism, and empathy, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Upon arriving at your centre, we were met by a team of highly dedicated and skilled physiotherapists who treated our son not just with clinical expertise, but with kindness, respect, and encouragement that truly lifted our spirits. But most of all, we are incredibly grateful to Dr. Brandon Crawford. His presence, dedication, and belief in the potential for healing have meant the world to us. On the first night, our son experienced seizures every 5 minutes—something rare and deeply distressing. But by the second night, they reduced to five. On the third night, just two. And on the fourth night—none at all. He was finally able to sleep, rest, and be calm, by the grace and mercy of Allah (SWT). Today marks the fifth and final day of his intensive treatment. While we cannot yet say with certainty what lies ahead or what exactly caused this remarkable shift, we leave to continue with his home program with something we haven’t felt in a very long time: hope.
