Ms.Gisele Khaled assisted me in sending a specimen for my mother to have Oncotype done. During the past two months, I had hard time collaborating between hospitals and delay caused by hospitals, doctors and insurance. When I reached the Oncotype stage, Ms.Gisele made sure everything was sent on time. She contacted everyone to make sure they did what they are supposed to do. She actually told the nurse that we are trying to get this done fast because the patient has cancer! Usually the nurse should be doing that. I will always remember her effort.
