NexGen Falcon Bus Rental Transport

I can’t find zero stars unfortunately. This bus service has given us nothing but empty promises till they collected the fees then they opted out of their promises. They set routes according to how much they can save gas not for the best of the students. No reliable source of communication. They even give contradictory statements.

Very irresponsible care of children on the bus. Today my daughter was dropped off at a random area and not her home and she walked home. Last year they stopped on the side of the road to let a little girl urinate- on the road. I have heard nothing back from this company, NOR do they provide tracking, and are very unorganized. Do not hire this company.

My daughter had symptoms of heat stroke on the bus. The aircon was not working and only hot air was being vented. The children were on tge bus for over an hour without aircon in 40 degree heat. Definitely not a safe company to use so please pay for a better bus service.

Nexgen falcon is on Hartland school now. From this term, their service is really poor and and everything is clumsy. They came late in the morning and afternoon. Today, they dropped my kid 30mins later. But they didn't inform or explain the issue first. I never ever seen this poor school bus service.

Terrible service. Hartland made a huge mistake this year to work with this company. They admitted a problem in September, but have not fixed it. Now my son spends more then 1 hour in bus in the morning and late to school because this company. On a way back - another 1,5 hours while in term 1 it was just 20 min. Administrators do not even speak proper English. Total mess. Never use this company service!!!
