As a regular customer at Next Dubai Mall, I am consistently impressed with my shopping experiences there. What truly sets this store apart is not just their diverse product range, but the outstanding customer service provided by their staff. I want to particularly highlight Kaye, whose exceptional service stands out every time. Her friendly demeanor, genuine passion for her work, and willingness to go the extra mile make shopping a pleasure. She patiently helps in finding the right sizes and does it all with a warm, welcoming smile. The combination of great product selection and such personalized attention from staff like Kaye keeps me coming back to Next Dubai Mall time and time again.

Website ordering is simply awful! Checked out and then realised some items were not in the order because it said sold out. Went back on to check another size and the size I actually needed is in stock! So had to do another order and pay delivery fee. If you pay with Apple Pay next system logged you out and you do not get any emails then you must call up and be on a call for a long time while they try to find your order that simply goes as a guest and disappears! Never ever have I heard this before on any other website! Shouldn’t matter how you pay so clearly next need to update their systems! Good look returning anything as it took me over a month to even get the items picked up then a further 3 weeks for a refund! Shocking service. In the uk you can simply return your item in store with ease!

Had the most ridiculous experience. I was misguided three times by the staff-each time a different person. Train your staff! They wasted my time. Looking at the responses by the business rep on google-it doesn’t seem like they are interested in improving their service or this wouldnt be recurring.

I visited this store to do my Christmas shopping, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While wrapping gifts at home, I noticed the price tags were still on, and I realised I was charged more than the listed price. On top of that, the service in the store was poor, and the staff appeared unhelpful and uninterested.

Online ordering is not easy once checking out them the item is out of stock. Called the store numerous times and no answer unfortunately.
