I had a terrible experience with this agency. They’ll tell you all the lies to get you to rent an apartment, but once they receive their commission, they start delaying everything. If they’re responsible for the maintenance, it’s even worse—they ignore calls and don’t respond on WhatsApp. Make sure to inspect all maintenance issues before moving in and paying their commission. In just four months, I’ve already spent about 1000 AED on repairs. The AC hadn’t been serviced in ages, and the door locks were either broken or faulty, along with many other issues. Specially their agent Sami, he is totally unprofessional
