Next'Bay - Central Hostel

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Dubai! The space is cozy, well-located, and has everything you need for a great stay. What truly makes this place special is Ivan, the manager. His outstanding hospitality is the reason guests, including myself, return again and again. He goes above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve already booked another 14 days here, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place – you won’t be disappointed!

The customer service I experienced was extremely disrespectful and disappointing, falling far below any reasonable expectations. The receptionist on duty (not sure what was his name but he's a black man) was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed a clear lack of respect throughout the entire interaction.
