I received a link to pay for the insurance policy. The money was debited from my bank account twice. I still can't refund the money that was deleted by mistake, even though I provided a bank statement. I'm constantly being transferred from one phone to another. No one wants to solve this problem.

Avoid this medical insurance at all costs. They may initially offer attractive packages with comprehensive coverage, but once you’ve signed up—even for the higher-tier plans—it’s practically useless. They come up with endless excuses, citing issues with your submitted forms, waiting periods, or vague policy clauses. Even for basic or inexpensive medications, they find ways to deny coverage. In the end, the money you pay for the package feels completely wasted.

Worst Experience ever with your company My Reimbursement is pending since a month and when i called the customer care they said they don't know why it taking time. I keep on sending mails but no reply. I will never ever buy this Insurance and neither i suggest any of my known because of there unprofessional way of working.
