I was sitting there to work, and they were playing very loud music, I asked politely if they can change it to something more calm, the manager came and rudely asked me YOU DONT LIKE MY MUSIC??? If you don’t like sit somewhere else outside! I and she kicked us out me & my friend! It’s a shame that someone like this leading a restaurant in Dubai, it’s a shame.

Previous experience with this restaurant was quite pleasant until today when we returned the food that we ordered because the chicken was still raw inside. I would like to highlight that the 1-star rating has nothing to do with their staff as they are always giving us customer satisfaction with their excellent service. There was this lady (I would assume that she is a co-owner, that is why she acts so entitled about herself) behind the counter who was rude to us from the moment we complained about the food until we left the restaurant. Take note, we were very polite when we told them that there was something wrong with our food and yet she started throwing some unpleasant attitude. She could have just replaced it or at the very least talk to us in a nice way if they didn't want to but she was so tactless. YOUR ATTITUDE DOESN'T DESERVE A HIGH RATING
Good quality but a little bit expensive for a daily use
