Nine Lives Pet Relocations

We collected 2 rescue cats almost a week ago from Heathrow. Everything was seamless and so easy and stress free. Namali was great at connecting all the new cat parents together, her personal touch and interest was so lovely. She was reassuring and so helpful. What could potentially have been a worrying time was made into a really positive experience. Faultless care and so professional. Thank you deeply for the wonderful work you do. Our rescue cats arrived safely in London from Dubai. Thank you to all the team for ensuring their safe passage. The crates they were transported in were very spacious. I would highly recommend this organisation - we got updates of our cats along the way and they were well looked after throughout.

It’s clear that you have no real concern for the animals or the people trying to find them proper care. The way you handled this situation shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic common sense. Your so-called "service" is a joke, and I would strongly advise anyone against trusting you with the well-being of any animal. If this is how you operate, you shouldn’t even be in this business. The entire process was conducted with utmost professionalism, providing me with regular updates on the pets' journey from the UAE to the UK. I am truly grateful to the rescuers and the company for their commendable efforts in ensuring that these animals reach their forever homes.
