Nissan Showroom - Arabian Automobiles - Deira

I’ve visited the showroom three times now, and each time the experience has been consistently disappointing. The sales staff are simply not attentive—even after being a confirmed customer who booked and took delivery of a vehicle, I had to run around myself to get things done. The team wearing blue T-shirts (not red, as some might expect) seemed disengaged and uninterested in offering any proactive support. It’s surprising and disappointing to receive such treatment despite being a paying customer. There’s definitely a need for serious improvement in customer service and professionalism.

We just bought our first car from Nissan last day on 26-06-2025 and the experience was amazing! We were confused at first – whether to buy a new car, a pre-owned one, or try another brand. But Mr. Robert guided us so well. He was very professional, helpful, and proactive at every step. He made sure we got the car on time and explained everything clearly. I recently bought my first car with Nissan. I had the pleasure of purchasing a Nissan XTrail, and I must say the experience was exceptional, all thanks to Mr. Shamal. Buying our first car, we were very skeptical and asked as many questions as we can, some were basic as well since I am totally beginner, but the way Mr Shamal handled these wes amazing. He was very knowledgable n professional in handling queries as well as the processing as well, he was more proactive than us in each n every step and made sure that we get in on time we asked for the vehicle. Even after 3 days of delivery, he asked us whether eveything is fine or he can help in any way. We visited almost all the showrooms to look our for our perfect car but the way he handled our process, stood out among all. We took test drive couple of times to make sure we are going with right decision, he cooperated without even asking any question. Highly recommended. Further with respect to car, Its seamless, smooth and amazing, the Nissan's name is enough.
