It's been a blessed journey to choose NMC hospital as a prime healthcare provider for mother and child. Because of Dr. Madiha Mir, I stayed loyal to her care and services of my 1st and 2nd child. I'm so grateful that my family's decision is worth it even though I don't have medical insurance yet, as I flew from outside to Dubai just to be in the hands of my same gynecologist, Dr Madiha. I salute her because she lets me feel her true dedication and passion for her profession. Their dedication to providing excellent care was evident, and I truly felt well-cared for. The housekeeping staff also deserves special mention for their consistent efforts in keeping my room impeccably clean. Furthermore, the presence of nutritionists to monitor dietary needs was a valuable addition to the care provided. My only concern during my visit was the registration process at the reception. Patients, many of whom are unwell, are required to stand in a long queue for registration. I believe implementing a token numbering system and providing additional seating would significantly improve the patient experience. I sincerely hope the management will consider finding a solution for this.
