I just want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Ghassan for doing such an amazing job with my Ahmed valve surgery. From the first appointment, he was clear, calm, and really took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. The surgery went really well, and I’m so happy to say that my eye pressure is now totally under control—without needing any eyedrops at all. That’s something I honestly didn’t think would be possible, and it’s made such a big difference in my day-to-day life. Dr. Ghassan was not only incredibly skilled but also super kind and attentive throughout the whole process, including the follow-ups. You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. If you’re dealing with eye pressure issues or considering this surgery, I can’t recommend Dr. Ghassan enough. I’m truly grateful for everything he’s done for me.

My personal experience with Dr. Vijayeeta’s treatment was not satisfactory. The medication had adverse effects on my skin, leading to long-lasting damage. Despite regular follow-ups, no meaningful support was provided. I do not feel confident recommending her services to others.

My office colleague was scheduled for an MRI, and we arrived early in the morning in an emergency case, hopeful for a smooth process. Unfortunately, what followed was a day of neglect and miscommunication that left us frustrated and worried. Despite checking in and being assured that the procedure would be conducted shortly, we found ourselves waiting for hours without any updates. As the day wore on, it became increasingly clear that the staff was overwhelmed. While I understand that hospitals can be busy, the lack of communication about delays was disheartening. By evening, after more than six hours of waiting, we were still left in the dark about when the MRI would actually take place. The situation was not only inconvenient but also caused unnecessary anxiety for the patient, who needed the procedure for an urgent health concern. It's crucial for healthcare facilities to prioritize patient care and communication. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for NMC ROYAL DIP to improve their processes, staff whom i have seen sitting in emergency with the mobile phones taking pictures, browsing and ensure that patients receive timely and compassionate care in the future. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members who tried to assist us in speciality hospitall and DR fathima family medicine doctor, overall, this experience fell far short of what one would expect from a hospital in an emergency. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure a similar situation.

I was admitted to udergo with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and I would like to express my gratitude to the medical team who handled me professionally, especially to my OB-Gyne, Dr. Saumya Sundaram Bulusu. She was clearly explain everything that I need to know before, during and after the surgery. She’s so kind and very approachable, which makes me feel comfortable and feels that there is nothing to worry about. All the nurses and staff who attended me was very accommodating and kind.
