They dont answer the calls and staff keeps hanging up on me :(

One of the worst sales staffs in the AV industry. They don't give any damn if you go with smaller inquiries. Unfortunately most of the good brands they are holding. The sales support and response from some of the sales staffs are zero. You should be approaching them only if you cannot find any other suppliers for those good brands.
