They're unprofessional, always not responding to give a quotation and to submit the order it takes two weeks and they said parts will be delivered in 5 to 7 days so I paid them extra than other suppliers to receive the parts faster but it takes 6 weeks to receive and supposed to be free delivery but the courier charged me even I paid in advance! They're unrespectful and wasted my time and money keeping the car in the garage for two months to receive the order

Warning it’s a scam company! I had the worst experience with them and they’re Worst supplier ever They took my money and keep saying the order is delayed from the customs for one month already and I requested to cancel the order but they refused to refund my money and they keep hanging up my calls and refused to talk to me even their manager Arafat is rude and arrogant and very disrespectful attitude. They didn’t send the parts and don’t want to give my money back!

I would like to share my experience with this shop, I ordered body and engine parts for my Lexus ES and Honda Odyssey. The parts arrived in 3 days and without any issues with great price compared to other shops.The customer service was great and replied to my answers timely. I do recommend this shop and will definitely repeat dealing with them. Special Thanks goes to Mr. Ashaz , who took care of my orders.

Inquired about a few parts online. They responded fairly quickly. I communicated with Ashir and asked to ship the parts to the hotel. He sent the wrong item and when I asked to replace the item he stopped answering me. After a while he eventually responded and started make many excuses. Bottom line, he refused to send the correct item nor providing a refund. Not going back here

Pathetic people sitting on the phone... imagine you calling them and they answering like theyvare doing you a favor. Expect worst people sitting there to make your life pathetic. Either they are not paid or just relatives hired in the company.
