The communication was appalling - they wouldn't answer calls or WhatsApp messages, leaving me hanging for days. When I finally got a response, they had the audacity to ask me to collect the documents in person, claiming they couldn't send them via courier. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was staggering. Would not recommend to anyone. Very frustrated with the service and the way they handled my case."
