Novikov Café is a stylish new spot inside Dubai Mall, located near the Fashion Avenue area. The location is ideal and easy to reach, offering several seating options: outdoor with a stunning fountain view, indoor for a comfortable AC experience, or within the mall itself for more privacy. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant place to relax with friends, colleagues, or even for a casual business meeting. Service is quick and efficient. The menu is centered around Russian cuisine, and everything I tried was delicious. I ordered the Napoleon cake, an iced Spanish latte, and fresh orange juice. The cake was generously portioned—perfect for sharing between two. Prices are in line with Dubai’s upscale standards: the total for the three items was around AED 160 (approximately €40). A great choice if you’re looking for a refined café experience in the heart of the mall.

My favourite spot in Fashion Avenue for breakfast, lunch of dinner! While it’s called a café, the experience is more akin to fine dining, but without any of the stuffiness. The staff are exceptional and the terrace is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the fountain, but the food truly steals the show! As they say, photos speak for themselves :)

Exceptional food, extremely high quality of service. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. One of the best locations because you can overview the Dubai fountain while sitting on veranda and enjoying your food.

We experienced Novikov’s Ramadan Menu with mesmerizing views of the Dubai Fountain. The overall experience was amazing & Mr. Jinoo’s service was marvellous.
