Novo Cinemas - Dragon Mart 2

was really disappointed with my recent visit to Novo Cinema. I watched a movie in Screen 2, and unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The theater was very hot and uncomfortable throughout the whole film. It really affected the experience. I hope they fix the issue soon — we expect better comfort when going to the cinema.

Very disappointing experience! The hall was tiny, and the screen was shockingly small – it felt more like watching a video at home than being in a cinema. When I ordered popcorn and asked for water, the staff either didn’t hear or ignored me – no water was added, even though it’s scorching hot outside. To make things worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working. The hall was stuffy and uncomfortable. I would never go back again and definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Enjoyed Mission impossible. The seats were comfy and the picture quality was good. The toilets were stinky.

Worst experience in Dubai so far Screen 6, dragon mart 2 Paid for the most expensive seat, edge 2D, doesn’t even recline, visible dirt all around the seats. Coming to the worst part, i am aware that exit signs should be kept lit all time for safety reasons, but idk who designed this place, the 2 exit signs are kept lit right below the screen and it takes away your attention from the screen big time, very very annoying. i mean the exits are not even there, its on a completely different area of the theater. They could have kept it on the sides and it wouldn’t have bothered so much. The same brightness from these exit signs are projected to the screen and is clearly visible when the screen blacks out every now and then. Also the AC was not turned on until the movie was started, we reached at 7;15 for a movie at 7:30 and was sitting in a hot box for 15 minutes First and last time in Nova!!
