I recently visited Dr. Branka for lip enhancement and Botox, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr. Branka has such a calm, kind, and professional presence — she genuinely listens and takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. I really like Novomed’s services – everyone is very helpful and kind. Marriane, the coordinator, made everything super smooth and easy from the start. I had an appointment with Dr. Imran Ahmed and it was great. He took the time to truly listen to me and carefully reviewed my entire medical history to understand the root of my pain. He gave me an excellent physiotherapy session and even taught me exercises to do at home, which he kindly recorded on my phone so I wouldn’t forget. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I did hair transplant. Staff is great for sure. No doubt, from A to Z. But was not provided all information by surgeon. I have grey hair and they only transplanted dark hair. Results are really disappointing and not nice… beyond the results it is the lack of information I am pointing at here. For a mainstream procedure it is good but if this is something a bit specific or complexe, just think twice.

Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim is an exceptional physiotherapist. He listens attentively to my concerns; provides personalized treatment and plans; and is always willing to answer my questions.. Dr. Mohamed has been amazing; patient; encouraging and helped me achieve my goals.. Highly recommended.. The coordinator Marriane Suarez is always friendly; responsive and helpful in scheduling appointments and answering my questions.. And I've been impressed with the level of organization and communication from her..
