Purchased a groupon offer and didn’t regret it. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, especially Mr. Aasim from the restaurant. The pool facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The place is very child-friendly, with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Food from the restaurant also tastes excellent. Will definitely come back.

Enter the tight parking slowly so as not to hit your car. Even though the staff is very nice, room service has been set back, and I don't know the reason behind it. You call several times, and if someone answers housekeeping or the reception, you are not sure the order will be delivered right away.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a month, and honestly, it’s not an experience I would repeat. Some of the issues I faced: -The hygiene standards are very poor. One of the cleaners had such a strong odor that I had to ask her to leave. I also saw with my own eyes a staff member wiping mugs with the same rag used to clean the toilet. - Ionce requested ice and received it in a dirty, broken plastic box with visible dirt inside. Towels were also delivered used on one occasion. -The breakfast buffet is extremely overcrowded. When I asked for an omelet, the chef told me it would take around 45 minutes because of the backlog of orders. -Customer service is weak. I once had food delivered while I was in a meeting and asked if someone could bring it to my room. The answer was simply “no.” On the positive side, a few reception staff were nice, and some cleaners did their job properly, but those were rare exceptions. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Had a comfortable stay at Novotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Special props to Mr. Aasim (restaurant manager), a very hard working young man, i noticed he's busy with his staff by himself to serve and cater all needs of visitors. Ms. Phyu (receptionist) for their warm welcome, quick service and managed the one of the best room with great view. Mr. Hussain the life guard at roof top is exceptional as I didn't get a chance to spend more time by myself at pool. But he is doing great as my kids was at pool during stay. See you soon 😊
