⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort I needed. The amenities were top-notch, which served delicious food with great service. The location was perfect and made exploring the area easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be coming back! We had 5 star experience in this hotel.. We had a great stay at Novotel Trade Centre Dubai. Special thanks to Mr. Khaleel at reception for his excellent support—he made our check-in, next-day reservation, payment, and check-out smooth and stress-free. The entire staff, from the welcoming team at the entrance to the breakfast buffet and room service teams, were professional, polite, and efficient. The service was consistent, and everyone ensured our comfort throughout the stay. Clean rooms, tasty food, and courteous service made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable stay in Dubai.

I had an excellent experience with Kai at Entrenous from the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly with a genuine smile that made me feel welcomed right away. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. Throughout my time there, Kai went above and beyond her role as a receptionist by attentively listening to my questions and promptly addressing any requests I had. We had an epic stay at Novotel. The proximity to the World Trade Centre - literally walking distance with an indoor access route was amazing for attending an event at World Trade Centre. The lobby has delicious cold fruit water and the staff are always super helpful. The bar and restaurant and pool were lovely too!
