NOW Money

Dear Team, Greetings! It has come to my attention that you guys have already charged 70% interest on my loan. According to consumer protection regulation of central bank of uae (cbuae), licenced financial institutions should charge reasonable rate of interest. Also you have not followed DBR ratio guidelines (50%) issed while approving my loan. I am financially not that literate person. As an LFI, it is your responsiblity to protect consumer and to adopt responsible financing practice. 70% interest rate is not charged on even any credit cards in uae. I also require debt councelling from your side as per clause 5.2.4.1 of Consumer Protection Standards issued by cbuae. Regards Katherian Hermongens

I had some issues from this app but eventually, the rep name Jade helped me. She did very well on follow ups and showing concern. Issue was resolved. Thank you Jade

I borrowed a loan from them and they gave after few hours they debited 350 from my account it's not fair every time I follow up to know why the money was debited they never respond!!!!!!!!!,

First I am calling from our office phone after long time recived and saying call Again from my Own number. When im calling (respected ladies) She’s very unprofessional . Don’t know how to talk with Customer. Ill not ReCommented all my friend to not use this now money service.

Not recommendable app// if your mobile number will expire nobody will help you.. not even deserve to have a1 star rate!! The Customer Care was even rude and doesn’t knew how to deal with client!! And even uttered bad words to her client! What a poor service of you Ms. Sunshine.!!! Dnt worry Im not gonna run to it! But you never even help me how to fix my concern on how to change my mobile number but instead you showed me how unprofessional you are!! Not recommended!!
