Cancelled within 24 hours but NSR refused to offer any refund for 1 full week despite the booking being made in error, which was out of my control. There was no double authorization on payment and I was unaware a booking had been made. Untrustworthy, recommend avoiding, there are far better customer focused businesses in Dubai. Very disappointing.
