NT.Payments - Kiosk IT System Trading LLC

As I have lost money from 21 April 2025 till now, I have lost hope of getting it. I used the NT payment machine at union metro station exit 1 ( I deposited 2000aed, I received 1000aed) they are there laughing and enjoying our money as we 😢 😭 Use their kiosks at your own risk! And don't try to tell me to register my complaint on your WhatsApp because I did that in the 1st place but all in vain😡 the only solution should be asking me where to deposit my 1000aed Khalas! Very poor customer service. Trying to reach the sales team for last 2 months but no luck so far. No call back or reply of messages. Their management needs to look into it.

Beware of this service. As tourist tried to recharge DU tourist mobile plan. Was scammed for 50 AED. Kiosk gave receipt, but payment stuck in error status. Customer support account in WhatsApp redirects to telegram, telegram bot redirects to WhatsApp account for customer support. In WhatsApp customer support account there is no reaction to questions of photo of the receipt. The do not even read messages. Called via phone, but operator just stopped the call.

This is the worst customer service I have experience. They don't even know if my money will comeback or no!! They said 24 hrs still They saying they didn't found if my money go through to their kiosk!! The customer service is useless they cannot give exact detail about the update.
