Warning: Avoid Oakwood International at All Costs My experience with Oakwood International was nothing short of a complete disaster. What was promised and what was delivered were entirely different, and I feel completely deceived. This institution operates with a shocking lack of integrity and professionalism. From the start, we were misled on multiple fronts — course structure, support, timelines, and outcomes. Nothing matched what was initially communicated. The worst part of my experience was dealing with Ben Woolock, who not only failed to provide any meaningful assistance but also demonstrated an appalling lack of accountability. It’s clear this organization is more interested in extracting money than actually delivering any value to its students. It feels like a well-packaged scam — manipulative marketing followed by zero delivery. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not enroll. I urge others to stay far away from this group.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife enrolled in the CIPD Level 7 course through Oakwood International School, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. They promised 24/7 support, but in reality, there has been little to no support for weeks sometimes even months. Once the payment was made, the salesperson who had been in regular contact completely disappeared and stopped responding to both my wife and me. There is no direct access to a tutor or support team to resolve issues or get clarity on the course or assignments. Attempts to schedule calls with the tutor through the provided calendar were unsuccessful, as the tutor simply didn’t show up. Even worse, the tutor provided one set of assignment questions, while the official questions on the portal were entirely different leaving us confused and unsure which set to follow. The only thing they are consistently punctual about is collecting the monthly payments without any delays (unfortunately, this is the only part they seem to take seriously). I do not recommend this institution, especially if you’re looking for real support and guidance throughout your learning journey.
I’m sharing this review on behalf of my sister, who had a deeply disappointing experience with Oakwood International, particularly in dealing with a representative named Mr. Ben Woolock. She initially reached out in May 2025 to enroll in a course and was clearly told the total fee would be AED 13,900, with no additional costs. Based on this assurance, she paid a deposit and the first installment, trusting the information provided. However, after the payments were made, communication became poor and inconsistent. It was only later that she was informed about an additional mandatory CIPD membership fee in GBP, something that was never mentioned earlier. Despite multiple follow-ups, she received delayed and unclear responses, which led her to withdraw from the course entirely, feeling misled and financially stressed. For someone who had to borrow money just to take this course, the lack of transparency and professionalism has caused a lot of emotional and financial strain. She has since requested a full refund but is still awaiting a proper response. It’s unfortunate to see such poor handling from a company that markets itself as a professional training provider. We hope Oakwood International takes accountability and improves their communication and transparency with future students.
I have got a very bad experience . They doesn’t even respond on time . I just enrolled to CIPD level 5 and i did my assignment and now I can’t submit as it is expired. I didn’t get any popups on the portal as well as any email from the institute regarding this. When I showed my assignment to the professor he said that my assignment is good to go and he didn’t even inform me regarding this. Meghana and Babitha was the one whole I had contact with . Meghana was from sales department and she use to call me when she wanted me to take the course now she doesn’t respond . Babita from customer support she told she will arrange a meeting and no response . After calling for more than a month Meghna picked up my call and she promised me that she will arrange a call now she disappeared . Now iam just half way . I really don’t know what to do . It’s my hardened money . Plz don’t study in this institute they are SCAM!!!!
