This shop is for sure the cleanest and most well kept store in Dubai and puppies look super healthy and happy. Staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were answering all our questions we were asking as we are considering to buy puppy for the first time. With this kind of service and professionalism it’ll be super easy for anyone to find new family member.

A few weeks ago I met the love of my life : our amazing smart adorable Pomeranian. And for that I sincerely thank the lovely couple that owns OC pet shop. They are the best in dubai and you can be sure to get the best breeds for your future companions. I highly recommend this shop you will not be scammed !!!

I would be very careful! My friends bought 2 puppies and within 2 weeks they were in ICU with Parvo and Coccidia. Sadly, the little girl didn’t make it and the wee boy is still fighting for his life. Furthermore they have placed new puppies in the same cage as the infected puppies where in. Terrible and truly heartbreaking 💔

I’m beyond happy with the grooming and cleaning services provided for my dog — he came out looking and feeling great! The place is clean, welcoming, and even has a lovely coffee corner that made the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We were genuinely interested and the owner replied quickly in the beginning, but every time we asked something specific like photos or more details, the conversation just stopped and she never followed up again. It happened more than once, which made us question how serious or reliable the whole process and owner really are. A very strange way of professionalism.
