Occasions Cakes Business Bay

I had previously ordered cakes from this place and really enjoyed the taste, but unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. I ordered a cake through the Noon app, and there was a discount applied — the total was AED 65. However, someone from the café called shortly after and said the order was canceled. The man on the phone kindly said he would try to arrange the cake for us anyway. Later, he called back and confirmed the cake would be delivered by 6 PM. We waited, and the cake was finally delivered around 6:30 PM. To our surprise, the delivery person asked for AED 85 in cash. We explained that we had already placed the order through the Noon app for AED 65, but he insisted. We called the café again, and the same person told us that the price on Noon was not valid and that we had to pay AED 85. Despite trying to explain that they should have informed us beforehand about the price change, he didn’t accept it. We were left with no choice since we needed the cake, but the whole situation was handled very poorly, and the attitude was quite upsetting. It’s unfortunate, especially because we had good experiences in the past. This time, we were very disappointed.

sharing my experience here in Occasions Cakes. We had a great experience with Occasions Cakes! The staff were really nice and helpful from the start. We ordered a customized cake and absolutely loved how it turned out – it looked amazing and tasted even better. You can really tell they put effort and care into what they do. Definitely recommending them and will be ordering again for our next occasion! Keep it up :)

I ordered the pistachio kunafa cake. I had very high hopes for aed 170. So expensive. Couldnt even get this right No pistachio cream only powder pistachio.pistachio cream mixed with vermicelli, very little that too.. this wouldnt cost more than 80 aed. The taste is probably the worst i had in my life. I am so disappointed. Spent so much i cant even get through of it.i had to throw the entire cake. It was too sweet i thought i would die of high blood sugar the very same day.

I picked up a cupcake, homemade potato chips, and some chocolates packaged in a cute bag. Unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite match the presentation. Everything was overly sugary, to the point where I could feel the sugar granules. I couldn’t finish what I bought and had to get rid of them, which was disappointing.
