Visited the store whilst on holiday for a repair of my sunglasses. I was served by Sanjeev who was absolutely brilliant! He fixed the sunglasses within a matter of minutes and did not charge me. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I decided to try Occhiali Dubai Mall after being disappointed by another service provider in the same mall. I am happy to say I received very professional service from Dr. Milha Johney and Mr. Sanjib at Occhiali. Dr Johney was very patient and knowledgeable. She took time to LISTEN without any bias on what the solution should be. I really appreciate the care I received. The eye test was also very thorough. Thank you once again for saving my sanity and putting your best efforts to get my prescription right. I highly recommend this place. From your happy customer Ms. Anna.
