I had a good experience. The quality of the clothes is outstanding, and the variety of styles caters to every occasionwhether casual, formal, or festive. The staff was incredibly good patience very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is well organized and has a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

Overall, my experience with Off Aizone Dubai Mall was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase. I recently discovered Off Aizone while searching for a specific item. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. Staff are very friendly with excellent customer service. I Highly recommended this shop.

i am not happy at all with Aizone (Balmain - Paris) i did buy some clothing from the dubai mall store on 22/08/22 and immediately in an hour wanted to return - refund some of the item, request them to do so but they flatly refused , said "that they do not have any refund policy in their store" which i feel very absured i am totally disappointed with the rubbish customer service Balmain has dished out to me there is no mention of NO REFUNDS in the bill which was handed over to me. i would humbly request shoppers not to buy any merchandise from them
