No wonder why you have no customers your service at so bad, the india sales man did not respect you at all. bigger regret going there. the sunglasses i bought the screw was not secure. it’s not cheap sunglasses, you know what they said you can fix it in any optic. not a single apologies come from their mouth. you deserve zero star.
It's a cool place to visit! Staffs have better customer service than some of the high end stores we visited. I like it that they're not racist. kudos amigos! keep it up!
Don’t recommend you buying from this brand at all. I don’t know about other branches in different countries, but however, I had a very small issue with my sunglasses. The rubber hold for the Glasses was broken and they said that they don’t have after sales service on everything so if I got a bag, glasses or shoes and it got damaged, there is no way to fix it Even if you bought it from the store itself.
worst experience,was disturbed the whole day by how the staff racially profiled us.one of lady was a bit racist coming of and asking my cousin “are you looking for something” in a way like “you can’t afford this”.im a big fan of virgil and I was happy to see his works.But this incident was so disappointing and the fact there are so much racism praticed in Dubai
