Great experience at Office One in Times Square Mall! The store is well-organized with a wide range of quality office supplies and furniture. Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped me find exactly what I needed quickly. Prices are fair, and the service is excellent. Perfect place for both home and business office needs. Highly recommended!

I needed a calculator (handheld, old time style, nit the scientific one) and looked in many places, mainly supermarkets and electronics stores like Sharaf DG, Eros, etc, but none had any form or shape of calculators. At one Sharaf's stores I was told to go to Time Square location but still they did not have any one. A guy there told me to check Office One, and I looked around and had difficult time finding it. It was downstairs around the kids painting area going towards Viva back left side but looking across to the right. However it was after 9 pm and it was closed! Tried again during the day and could not spot it and had to trace my recent run around going upstairs and downstairs going right and left, finally remembered the children painting shop where if you go behind it to the tight you see it in a distance. The shop is rather narrow but deep inside has a middle aisle with stands on both sides then wall stands, that's it. The male attendant was very helpful and knows all the stuff there. I did not need to go around to look for a calculator, he immediately knew what I was looking for and showed the many they had. Casio is a know brand and now comes with dual power, "sun and battery". I got the simplest but was for 41 dirhams of average size, the keys are big enough for my big fingers which always hit 2 keys at once. Since the pictures on this Google Maps page dont show every item and the shop's brochure doesn't either, I got permission to take photos of all the stands to help others see what they have. They even had rubber bands of different sizes, imagine. I'm used to Office Depot on Florida, and was very pleased to see something similar albeit much smaller store here in town.

Good afternoon. Today I visited your store intending to purchase some items. Unfortunately, your sales assistant was unable to provide any useful information about the products. I asked to try a few things, but he said he didn’t know how. With this level of service, you risk losing customers. I strongly recommend reconsidering your staffing approach. A salesperson should be knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Unprofessional behavior and lack of competence directly affect your company’s reputation and sales.

Office one, as the name suggests is the One stop shop for office supplies and art supplies. They have everything from printing papers, pens, folders, files, envelopes, cartridges,writing boards, calculators, diaries, chairs etc. Please check the pics for more details.
