Omega Hotel

Extremely disappointed. The staff were absolutely no help and had no hesitation telling me that to my face. I tried to amend my booking because the website clearly stated the room was good for 3 people, but upon arrival, it was only suitable for 1. When I raised the issue, the two front desk representatives offered no assistance whatsoever. The service here is nonexistent — zero effort, zero accountability. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service, broken processes, and no regard for guests. Completely unacceptable.

Also our concern is how can u release after confirming with guest. As per guest reception ask them to do their breakfast and come back once they came back booking was released. Do not talk about professionalism the behavior of your hotel shows what kind of professional work u guys are doing.

I had a truly memorable stay at Omega Hotel Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They graciously upgraded our stay, making it extra special for my mother, who was visiting abroad for the first time. Although there were a few hiccups on the first day, the staff handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and courtesy. Their warm hospitality turned what could have been a minor inconvenience into a seamless experience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. It’s the thoughtful gestures and excellent service that truly set this hotel apart. I’m grateful for the wonderful memories we made, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

we came from india to visit our cousins and after our cousin attended us at airport and came to drop us off at this hotel, they didn’t even let him come to our rooms to have dinner with us, the dinner he bought from his home made by his wife, they asked for 109 AED more for each of our family member to just come and attend us at our rooms, not fair at all! other services were cool but they really should do some better at understanding their guests!

Great Hotel – Highly Recommended! Very clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!
