I recently had the pleasure of visiting Onsen spa in the Movenpick for a massage, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a calming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience and the staff were so friendly. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and informed about the different massage options available. I opted for an aromatherapy deep tissue massage and my therapist was phenomenal. The ambiance of the room was perfect—dim lighting, soothing music, and the gentle scent of essential oils all contributed to a serene environment. I felt my stress melt away with each stroke, and by the end of the session, I was completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The service was top-notch; my therapist checked in with me throughout the session to ensure the pressure was just right, which I really appreciated. I was looked after so much as I had a previous injury and my therapist Wida, added some extra loving attention to my injury. Thank you so much for being so kind and professional.
