The service here is okay for basic currency exchange needs. Rates are fair, though not always the best in the area. The staff is generally polite, but during busy hours the waiting time can get a bit long. The location is convenient, close to the metro and easy to spot. Good enough if you're nearby and need a quick exchange, but not something out of the ordinary. Overall, it’s a decent place — does the job without much hassle.
Been remitting with them for 4 years since 2019, then today the teller asked for a statement of account because the amount I was asking to be transferred is too big. I showed her the most recent one I have which is also this same month, but she insisted that I need to present a more recent one, like as recent as half an hour ago. I have been standing in line for a long time already just to have me money remitted and she still wants to make me wait longer, just because the amount was slightly more than the one I sent last 2 months ago. They have a history of my transfers, I already showed proof of income. Very inconvenient to use. Not recommended.
Sending money is fine but receiving is a challenge itself. Not professional staff , less knowledgeable
