I visited many pharmacies across Dubai in search of a medicine prescribed by my neurologist. After much effort, I finally found it at OpenMinds Pharmacy. The pharmacist, Salih, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Even though I wasn't from the clinic, he took the time to explain all the details about the medicine. The level of care and attention I received was truly exceptional. This is the first time I’ve had such a positive experience at a pharmacy, and I highly appreciate the treatment. Their service is great. Really helpful and listen to their customers / patients very well. I had an issue with my therapist; but they immediately sorted it out and gave me solutions. Talk to them inform your concerns and try to get the best option for your need.

I cannot thank Dr. Shivanee enough for the care and warmth she brings to every appointment. From the very beginning, she made me feel like I wasn’t just a patient but someone truly cared for—like an elder sister would. Her gentle nature, genuine concern, and calming presence make every visit feel like you’re at home. It’s rare to find a doctor who treats the heart, but Dr. Shivanee does exactly that. Truly grateful to have found her!

My personal experience with the doctors have been very good. I met with both Dr Majid and Dr. Sonakshi and they were quite helpful. However their appointment system and general management is very poor. It takes up to several months to get a slot available and when you actually get one, they always cancel it claiming that the doctors are on leave. It feels very unprofessional as they should be checking the schedules beforehand prior to committing a date. In the past 3 months of trying to secure an appointment, the doctor has been on leave every single month. I'm usually only contacted 1 day prior to a free slot which I obviously cannot make it to - hence we book our appointments well in advance keeping in mind our busy calendars. While the doctors are excellent, I don't feel that they are very reliable as a clinic as their patients end up waiting weeks and months altogether - mental health is equally important as physical health and it seems that this clinic simply does not prioritize it. I had received raving reviews from friends who visited this clinic and I had high expectations so I am extremely disappointed to write a poor review. I hope the clinic takes note of this and tries to improve their booking and appointment system along with the availability of their doctors.

It looks like that majority of the good reviews here are paid reviews. The clinic service is very bad and totally unprofessional. The female psychiatrist doctor should get her treatment for anger management. The psychologist will waste your weeks in doing the test first. Be careful . save your valuable time and money. They don't care for patients, their time. Always miscommunication in appointments without any responsibility. Constantly late or delayed appointments, no communication or commitment to patient's health. Once again , be careful and save your valuable time. I am sure they will say that my review is from some competitors or paid one , but i have all my proof on how they have wasted my time and money with no treatment.
