Great experience from the moment I entered and was greeted by the lovely Wesam. Showed her a blurry old photo of a pair of sunglasses I’d searched everywhere for, in vain. She walked straight to the perfect replacement and I left very happy. Great service, with a smile, and a genuine laugh or two. Optivision - Promote that lady now !
