I love this studio; the space and instructors are very welcoming with plenty of positive vibes. They’re very professional starting with the assessment session, customer service and overall experience. The instructors are very meticulous and diligent, focusing on the individual’s pain points. My instructor, Paulina, is amazing. She takes her time explaining every move with emphasis on proper form and technique. Throughout her classes, I’ve discovered muscles I never knew existed, although I’m a pretty active person and sports enthusiast. Every session feels like a treat. Keep it up 😊

I’m vacationing in Dubai with my best friend. We were exploring our surroundings & found this mall, Gate Avenue (? unsure of name). My friend was attracted to the fitness club, & walking around the mall, I saw Options Pilates. Monica was energetic & a great promoter for practicing Pilates & for trying it out there, at Options. I have never done Pilates before, but have been curious about it for some time. So I signed up for an intro/trial session & came the next day. Paulina was my instructor & she was superb. She explained everything thoroughly & showed the proper form & technique. She was encouraging & personable. For me, she was provided such a great first impression that I’ve decided to pursue Pilates upon my return home.
