I can't say enough good things about the opticians at the Festival City branch! They have always been incredibly helpful with my glasses, making adjustments and tightening them as needed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of eye care or glasses. Thank you for always taking such great care of me!
Great store. They have a huge selection and extremely helpful personnel. While I was looking for a pair of sunglasses they fixed my old ones at no cost. Strongly advice to visit them!
The team at Optivision in Festival City is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I went in to have my son’s glasses tightened, and Mr. Johnny, the technician, did an amazing job — he adjusted and fixed them so well they looked as good as new. I highly recommend checking them out and experiencing their great service.
This was a very pleasant visit given we wanted to browse through sunglasses and check for the availability of nose pads for our previous sunglasses. The service was done swiftly and without delays very happy with Roland’s work and the staff were friendly for any inquires.
The attention recieved was impressive! Highly recommended. It has a lot of options 👌🏼
