Today I bought 4 pieces of Footwears which is in offer of 29aed each. When I asked the cashier if where is my changed as she gave me 30aed only from my 200aed bill. She responded, maam nothing , I said why? I stated it is 29 and she said again it is in the system 30aed each I told her this is a huge mistake and wrong move as I have witness another lady who paid for her 1 footwear and asking her change which is 1 aed and she said sorry we do not have change. I think it is not a good act as you guys are starting your business here and you are not prepared to provide client’s change or no plans of providing it. You are required to give everyone’s change !!! We pay exact amounts for your goods and you should give back our money as well. VERY POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!
