Organic Foods & Café (Cityland Mall)

Used to be good I used to buy all my weekly groceries online but lately it’s just been ridiculous. They’ve been sending the most gigantic fruits and veggies which is such a waste. I ordered nearly 2kgs of sweet potatoes which is about a week supply for my baby, they sent 2 giant pieces of a kilo each, we d have to be 10 to consume it in one sitting. Same with onions, avocado, they sent 1 giant piece each. I mean? Ridiculously inconvenient. If someone orders 10 kgs of something I’d understand they d pick 10 huge pieces, but when someone orders 1 or 2 kgs you can’t send them the single biggest produce you have, that’s just common sense. Im left with not enough food for the week although I’ve spent a bunch of money as once I open that giant onion I’d have to throw the remaining of it, same for potatoes. I tried calling them however no one is picking up. Won’t be shopping there anymore, that’s for sure. On top of that I’m left wondering if produce that big is even organic non gmo?

We often order bagel on their app. But today's experience was bad. The bagels were defrosted already, seems like it was out for more than 1hour, then the driver was rude and unprofessional. We are paying cash but the driver said only card. how come??? He even told me to "go, call the organic and complaint." the audacity

received 5 month old frozen brown meat (basically a garbage) via online order. Looks so old and rotten. I complained and requested a return & refund but no actions taken. Such a shame on the name of ‘Organic ~’ it was my first order from this shop and I would return to my usual shopping options. Just don’t buy online from this shop. If anything went wrong and you wanted refund? It won’t happen. I gave up chasing this shop now after 3-4 weeks.

Unfortunately you have to overpay if you’d like to consume organic food. This grocery and cafe has mostly organic items but price is bit expensive compare to normal food. The good news, they offer 15-25% discount on first and third weekends each month. Personally I use this deal to shop for at least a week. They have pretty much everything you need. Their steaks are super yummy.

Great place to find foods if you are on a diet. Have been on keto recently and this place has everything you need. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They also have a HUGE selection of baby foods, which has been great for the little one. The attached cafe makes a wonderful breakfast and they even put together a keto breakfast for my wife and I once we mentioned we were on the diet. Legends.
