Organic Foods & Café (Mirdif)

Don't order online from them, especially from their Mirdif branch. On top of stealing your credit card information (It happened to me last month and they denied the matter) , they now deliver the wrong order and make you pay without knowing what's in the box. After paying hundreds, you're surprised to find that the box contains only potatoes and onions. And when you call them, they delay taking the order back. Each time, they give you another time for the delivery driver to arrive, until the day ends. Their service has deteriorated terribly after a management and staff change.

I really love the shop and the variety of healthy products they offer — it’s one of my favorite places to my groceries. However, unfortunately, the staff often comes across as indifferent or even rude. We visited the store in Mirdif tonight and arrived around 9:40 PM. Although the closing time is listed as 10 PM everywhere, the staff had already started closing, and we were told we couldn’t shop. When we kindly asked if we could just pick up a few items quickly, the cashier responded with visible irritation and a dismissive attitude. As a loyal customer, I would truly appreciate a more welcoming atmosphere — it would make a big difference and keep me wanting to return.

My wife went there to buy some stuff. When she was giving her Fazaa card… the lady at counter denied taking her Fazaa saying it’s expired… although it was clearly written on card “valid thru”… she didn’t read it and denied to accept the card. On top of it she was rude and not at all cooperative.

Super super super! A wonderful supermarket with a great branch manager! Mr. Godfrey is extremely helpful and greets customers with a great smile! Healthy food and drink options are available at the supermarket. Some items are discounted. Totally worth visiting ! You can also avail esaad discount of you have one.

They steal your card information at the payment machine. Never pay by card. The delivery employee and a group of his friends hacked the device and stole 1,100 dirhams from my account until I noticed and canceled the card. I reported the names of the fraudulent criminals to the police department. I don’t know how the store owner does not know everything that happens in his store. I demand my money back.
