Came here for several times. The rate was higher compared to other exchange. The service was cordial & efficient all the time. Staff were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable & professional. I highly appreciates Maritoni at Dubai mall branch she's amazing leaving every customer delighted as what I noticed all the time. What truly stood out was the exceptional support & assistance from her. She's incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth & stress-free. A heartfelt thank you for everything❤️. Keep it up 👍

Cheating people. Promised one rate when we came back different rate. Higher then all other exchange offices in the mall. Manager super impolite, hanging up the phone with screaming voice. I dont care what you were promised. Go complain to the police you cant do anything to me. Avoid this place! Avoid these people.
