I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this exchange company. Every visit turned into a frustrating ordeal, wasting my time and energy. Despite providing the required documents initially, I was repeatedly asked to produce different documents and provide additional information on each visit. This unorganized approach forced me to make three separate trips, each more exasperating than the last. The staff appeared clueless and poorly trained, lacking any sense of urgency or customer service skills. Every minor issue had to be escalated to their backend team, leaving the front-line staff unable to resolve even the simplest concerns. Communication seemed completely broken, both internally among their team and with customers. It’s clear that this company prioritizes neither efficiency nor customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for smooth transactions and competent service, I’d strongly advise going elsewhere. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
