Contrary to some of the negative reviews I came across online, my claim process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast. From the moment I filed my claim, their team was responsive and guided me through every step. I received approval in a timely manner, and there was no unnecessary delay or back-and-forth. It’s clear that they’ve worked on improving their service, and it shows. I highly recommend Oriental Insurance for anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free service. Sometimes good service doesn’t get enough attention, so I wanted to give credit where it’s due. Great job to the team!
